JOHN BENSON

John bought Tenant Data in 1996. He was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a business management degree He has been a rental property owner/manager since 1987 and still holds a real estate brokers license in Nebraska.
John is frequently asked to teach, present and speak about tenant screening around the U.S. John has been a member of the Downtown Lincoln (Nebraska) Rotary Club #14 since 1993.
BETTY MOORE
Extension 204
Betty has been employed with Tenant Data since 1999, and has had part ownership in the company since 2004. She has worked with John Benson since 1987. Prior to Tenant Data, they both worked in the property management business. She has a full understanding of why screening your applicants before renting to them is important to a property manager. Betty has been a licensed real estate broker since 1994
She lives with her husband Alan Moore, who is also employed by Tenant Data. They live just outside of Lincoln, Nebraska with their daughter. She also has 2 sons who are working in Lincoln, Nebraska. She keeps busy attending sporting events and spending time with her 3 children.
GREG NGUYEN
Extension 202
Greg joined Tenant Data in January of 2002. He has worked as support staff or administration in various industries including Insurance, Transportation and Banking. Through the years, he has become knowledgeable in all areas of the business. He is professional, friendly and great with detail.
Greg immigrated with his family from Vietnam in 1978. Greg is an avid runner and has participated in several half-marathons, and his current goal is to participate in a full marathon. He also enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Abby and Bugsy and his bird, Blake.
GAIL BLUCKER

Gail took the position as Tenant Data's Arkansas representative in 2006. She travels across the state of Arkansas speaking to landlords of the importance of tenant screening. She is our Lead Salesperson for the state, and handles support calls as well for our Arkansas clients. She has been involved in forming many of the Arkansas Landlord Associations.
Gail has been married to James for 45 years, and have 2 daughters and 3 wonderful grandchildren. Her true passion is being a landlord and helping make other landlords' jobs easier and more profitable.
JULIE KREIKEMEIER
Extension 208
Julie began working for Tenant Data as an administrative assistant in 2011. Her current position with the company is Lead Data Processor, as well as assists in customer service and technical support.
Julie lives in just outside of Lincoln, NE with her husband and youngest son. She also has 2 daughters who have graduated, but are still very much part of her life. She enjoys sewing, crafting and spending time at the lake with her family.
ALAN MOORE
Extension 204
Alan joined the Tenant Data team in September 2015. His work background has been specialized computer programming. At Tenant Data, he assists in technical support, database management, and is currently being trained in the compliance department.
He lives with his wife Betty, and has 3 children. He enjoys watching movies, attending sporting events and spending time with the family.
